Here is the skinny on our Beauty Bonus Rewards Program. Clients may use their points on any product purchase; Redken, Merle Norman, or OPI plus any spa service; nails, facials, or waxing. They cannot redeem points for hair services.
- CLIENTS GET 1 POINT FOR EVERY $10 SPENT ON RETAIL PRODUCTS
- CLIENTS GET 1 POINT FOR EVERY $20 SPENT ON SERVICES PURCHASED
- CLIENTS GET 5 BONUS POINTS IF RETAIL SALES ARE OVER $200 FOR THE MONTH
- CLIENTS GET 5 BONUS POINTS IF TOTAL SERVICE SALES ARE OVER $300 FOR THE MONTH
- CLIENTS GET AWARDED 10 EXTRA POINTS FOR PURCHASING A “NEW” RETAIL PRODUCT.
- One they never purchased before.
- CLIENTS GET AWARDED 10 EXTRA POINTS FOR PURCHASING A “NEW” SERVICE. (One they never had before i.e. An exclusive hair client gets a spa facial OR a client who never has colored her hair adds a color service to her hair cut service.)
- CLIENTS GET 50 POINTS FOR REFERRING A NEW CLIENT
- CLIENTS GET 50 POINTS FOR PREBOOKING THEIR NEXT APPOINTMENT
- For every 100 points earned, receive $5 off any product or spa service, points cannot be redeemed for hair service
- Minimum of 100 points for redemption
- Redemption value cannot exceed 50% of retail price of service or product
- Points earned in current year expire on June 30 of the following year
- Points are non-transferrable
- Points are not convertible to cash and cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards
- Points cannot be used in combination with other discounts or specials
- Points earned during a visit or purchase cannot be used on that visit or purchase
