Jason Rice--Owner/Stylist/Make Up Artist
Stephen Fleck--Owner/General Manager
Partners Jason & Stephen are the driving force behind Changez Salon & Merle Norman. Their main focus is on customer service, marketing, advertising and staff development.

Jason--Co-Owner, Stylist Jason has taken advanced training in New York at Redken 5th Avenue, as well as numerous classes throughout the country. Beginning his career as a stylist nine years ago at Changez, he is now a partner. Jason works one on one with his diverse clientele, instructing them in techniques for achieving their total look. You’ll have a great time, and look fabulous, too!

Stephen--Co-Owner/Manager Stephen brings to Changez Salon his life experience of unifying a healthy mind and body. A practicing psychotherapist, Stephen believes in creating a safe, energetic environment, open to all. His goal is to foster a team of professionals dedicated to providing clients with the most comprehensive service available, ensuring your total satisfaction.

Diana--Salon Manager/Front Desk Coordinator and Merle Norman Beauty Advisor Diana is the friendly voice you hear when calling the salon to book an appointment, and the smiling face you're greeted with on your arrival to our Salon and Merle Norman Studio. She excels in customer service and people skills, and enjoys working with our clients, scheduling appointments, choosing the right make-up for our cosmetic customers, as well as keeping all of us and everything organized throughout the day. Her educational background includes an Associates Degree in General Business and General Studies, a Cosmetologist License, and is a Merle Norman certified Beauty Advisor.

Patrick--Stylist Patrick's strengths are his patience and understanding of what his clients' needs are. His good communication skills and talent for cutting and color are a natural gift. He is devoted to his clients and regularly attends in-salon and industry events. His professional and friendly demeanor has made him a great asset to our salon. Stop in and say "Hello" to Patrick!

Kami--Stylist/Salon Redken Educator Kami has been with our salon for over eight years. In addition to being our Salon Educator, Kami is also an Educator for Redken 5th Avenue in New York. As an educator, Kami connects with her audience. She holds classes for our staff on new trends, techniques, and products. In addition, she travels to hair shows nationwide doing platform work and to salons throughout the country doing advanced education for their staff. She is excited about what she does and finds it very rewarding. She is truly a gifted stylist with extensive training in haircutting, color and color correction. Kami is an inspiration to us all! Kami works Tuesday through Saturday.

Heather--Stylist/Make-Up Artist Heather began her career at Changez Salon and Merle Norman in 1999 as an Assistant and Merle Norman Beauty Advisor while attending Beauty School. She has taken extensive classes in up-do's, highlighting, texture cuts, and Merle Norman Make up Artistry. She specializes in fine thin hair as well as cutting and special occasion styling. As a Stylist/Make-up Artist, Heather is a extremely talented, fashion conscious, and trend-driven. She continually keeps her education fresh and current. She truly loves what she does, and it shows! Heather works Tuesday through Saturday.

Beth--Stylist Beth has been with Changez Salon & Merle Norman Cosmetics for over 30 years. She has incredible positive energy with an excitement for her craft. She has a talent for evaluating the client and making them look their best through more than just a haircut. Anything from an eyebrow wax to open the eyes, to a highlight to brighten. "You have a chance to make a difference in someone's life", she says. "Doing the right thing for the right person is what motivates me." She loves doing styling for special occasions, hair color and highlighting, and helping clients with naturally curly hair to love what they have. Beth works Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Jennifer--Stylist/Esthetician/Make-Up Artist Jennifer joined our staff in 2000, and is currently working as a Stylist and Esthetician. Always reinventing herself, Jennifer is very intuitive and extremely creative. She thrives on change, and is always updating her looks with new color and haircuts. She has taken advanced classes in haircutting, color, texture, facials, and body waxing. Her extensive training in Repechage facials and Merle Norman Cosmetics, has made many satisfied clients. She is an inspiration and knows the value of clients and customer service. Jennifer works Tuesday through Saturday.

Anna--Nail Technician Anna has been with Changez Salon & Merle Norman Cosmetics for over 3 years now. She is our little "firecracker" - quick witted and fun to be around. But on her serious side, she has a special bond with her clients and knows that the best customer service is kindness and respect. She has taken advanced classes in Creative Nail, OPI, Spa Manicure & Pedicures, and Backscratchers. Anna works Tuesday through Saturday.

Ann--Stylist/Make-Up Artist Ann began her career at Changez Salon & Merle Norman Cosmetics as our Front Desk Coordinator, Assistant, and Merle Norman Beauty Advisor. She attended Oakland University working on her degree in Communications. She also attended Mr. Bela's School of Cosmetology. She has seven years of management and customer service experience, which has been a great asset to our salon. She loves doing children's haircuts, and has a talent for communicating with our little clients. She also enjoys all haircutting and coloring for both men and women, and make-up application for special occasions. She is excited about what she does, and finds it very rewarding. Ann works Tuesday through Saturday.

Donna--Senior Stylist Donna's work captures the essence of her clients' expectations. She prides herself on offering highlighting, texture-cuts, and up-do's in addition to her expertise in coloring. She enjoys working with men and women, young and old, and educates her clients with do-it-yourself styling tips and at-home care. Keeping abreast of industry trends, she attends as well as instructs at many hair shows throughout the region. Quality results keep her clients coming back!

Jessica--Stylist "Make-up, skin care, and hairstyle are unique and personal to every individual."
